Good Italian food. A tad pricey.

Love the food! Love the service! My favorite is the cheesy bread and the chicken perdino

I ordered a steak here the other day and they ruined it. I asked for the fillet to be cooked rare and ended up getting medium well. Another person in the group ordered medium rare and got well done. So disappointed.

I feel like I may be a tad generous with the stars but this was not a three star meal. It was a truly delicious dinner. The place could use some updating but the service was good and the food was tasty. The only odd part was the plate of beets and beans that they served before the meal. F.u.n.k.y!

The classiest eating establishment on the island. Food is adequate but unremarkable. Building needs major TLC.

I always enjoy eating at Perdino's. The style is old school Italian Steakhouse meets Seafood establishment. Dinner starts with an old school relish tray that includes veggies, kidney beans, and liver pate. The best dishes are the Dover Sole (when offered), Prime Rib and the Chicken Perdino. I always get the side spaghetti with meat sauce to accompany the main dish. The owner, Perry, is frequently doing the cooking. The waitstaff, dressed in traditional uniforms, is very attentive and have generally worked there for many years. The customers tend to be older Island residents that are regulars. I recommend Perdino's but understand that it is an old school dining experience. You will not find Kobe Beef, Ahi Tuna or Exotic anything on the menu. This is not CRAVE.

My Senior Group from Belleville took the long trip to Grosse Ile to eat at Perdino's. What a mistake!! Horrible. One of the worst restaurant experiences in my 65 years! Our group of 30 were not permitted to order from the regular menu, but had to order off a special menu which contained only four dishes to choose from. Prices ranged from 12.95 for spaghetti, to 16.95 for chicken perdino. No choice of salad dressing if we took the salad, no choice of vegetable, no liver pate on the appetizer plate. No choice of potato, only pasta on the side, for which we were offered a sauce AFTER we were almost finished eating..Our plates, when served had VERY SMALL PORTIONS, the main dish was hot, but the pasta and vegetable were cold. Sauces were dripped all over the plates. They looked like you would expect from a greasy spoon, not from a supposedly fine restaurant. One of the people at our table found a very large piece of grizzle in her chicken perdino. She sent the plate back. The owner came out and insulted her and our whole table. Since the other three at our table all ordered the chicken perdino, but we hadn't sent ours back. He tried to use us to make our friend embarrassed and asked us what we thought of our dishes. We all told him that we didn't think the meal was worth 16.95 and that we were disappointed over all. He said "Well, you would like them if they were free!" He then waved his hands at our table dismissively and walked away. His explanation of why the meat was gristly was it was the way they cut it in the kitchen. The dish was described as chicken medallions, but it was just chunks of chicken in the sauce. It was supposed to have sauteed mushrooms in the sauce, but it looked more like bits of mushroom that you find in Campbells mushroom soup. My overall impression was that this is a restaurant on the verge of going belly up. My first and ONLY trip to this restaurant. By the way, we were there at regular dinner hours of 5 to 6:30 or so on a Tuesday night in June...... and there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE PLACE!! I WONDER WHY? Never again. PERDINO'S = PERDITION!! .
